Excellent

I have a lot of sleep problems with frequent disturbances. You're going to have to have a bit of self-control when consuming these because they're pretty damn tasty and you'll want to consume the whole damn bottle but then you remember this is a sleep aid and not some fruit chewy snack you got at your local 7-eleven. I take one gummy of these before I go to sleep every night, and now, I can fall asleep in about twenty minutes instead of what used to be two hours. I seriously don't know why I didn't start taking melatonin years ago, and these taste really good, too.

Wonderful

It's a very effective sleep aid if taken correctly. If I have a late dinner like an hour before bedtime then I take it before eating. If I have an early dinner like 2-3 hours before bedtime then I take it an hour before sleeping.
